Returns and Refunds Policy

At MAGPIC, we take pride in delivering high-quality photo fridge magnets. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we’ve created a clear and fair Returns and Refunds Policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • Defective Products: If your magnet arrives damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors, broken, or distorted magnets), we will gladly accept a return or offer a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Incorrect Items: If the item you received does not match what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, incorrect size, etc.), you are eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for products that were customized with personal photos or designs unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return or exchange your item, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Us
    Reach out to our customer support team at magpicgift@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

  • Step 2: Return Authorization
    Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on how to return the item. Do not send the product back without prior approval, as this may delay your return or exchange.

  • Step 3: Packaging
    Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging (if possible) to avoid any damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).

  • Step 4: Ship Back
    Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using insurance for valuable items to protect against loss or damage during transit.

  • Step 5: Inspection and Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement, depending on your preference.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for items that are defective or were incorrectly shipped. If your product is eligible for a refund, we will notify you via email and process the refund within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Amount:

    • If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive the total amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping fees.

    • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (i.e., wrong item shipped or product is damaged).

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different item (e.g., different size, color, or design), we will gladly help facilitate the exchange. The process is similar to a return, and any additional charges for the new item will be handled separately.

  • Please note that exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom photo fridge magnets that do not have any defects or errors

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Upon Delivery: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. You must notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process returns for damaged items.

  • In Transit: If your item is damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please keep all packaging and take photos of the damage to provide to us.

7. Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed and the item is in production or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
