We aim to deliver your custom photo fridge magnets as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand our process, shipping rates, and delivery times.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Custom orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always notify you if there are any delays.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an additional email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options based on your location and the urgency of your order:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: Typically 7-10 business days (depending on your location).

    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: Typically 3–5 business days (depending on your location).

    • Shipping Cost: Higher than Standard Shipping, calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, high demand, or customs processing). In such cases, please be patient as we work to resolve any issues.

If your order is delayed or if you experience any issues with your shipment, please reach out to us at magpicgift@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking down your package.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take extra care to ensure that your photo fridge magnets are securely packed. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at magpicgift@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and help resolve the situation.

  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will require photos of the damage and any shipping box damage to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will either offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for shipping errors or delays caused by incorrect address information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at magpicgift@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order is processed.

7. Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. Free shipping eligibility will be clearly indicated at checkout or in promotional materials. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not include expedited or express shipping options.

8. Order Pick-Up

Currently, we do not offer local order pick-up. All orders must be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
